The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round contest which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Ex twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the traditional confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really happening.
